Add a cloud storage service to Teams

Applies to: Microsoft Teams.

Have files stored in the cloud? No problem.

In the desktop or web app, select Files Files button on the left side of the app, and then choose Add cloud storage. Choose your cloud storage service from the list that appears.

At the moment, you can share files from Box, Dropbox, Dropbox for Business, Google Drive, Egnyte, and ShareFile in Teams.

Log in with your account. You may need to disable your pop-up blocker before continuing.

Now you are able to insert files from the cloud alongside from your computer to channels.

Note: Contact your IT admin if cloud storage options are undisplayed.
