Applies to: Microsoft Teams.
To apply a new or current OneNote notebook to a channel in Microsoft Teams, pick Add a tab at the top of the channel and press OneNote.
Within there, pick an option:
- To begin manually, choose Create a new notebook, set a name to the Notebook name field, and select Save.
- To import an existing notebook, press Browse notebooks, select the notebook and section, and click Save.
- To apply a link to a current notebook, choose Paste a OneNote link, append the address, and click Save.
When you append the OneNote tab, everyone in the channel can then see and enforce edits (given they have access to the notebook). Anyone blocked from seeing the notebook can request access directly from the tab.
