Tip: You can also copy cell formatting by pointing your mouse at the edge of a selected cell whose format you want to copy, holding down the right mouse button, dragging to the targeted cell or range to format, releasing the mouse button, and choosing Copy here as formats only from the context menu that appears. If you’re using a single-button mouse or trackpad, on a Mac, just use Control+click rather thanthe right-mouse button to drag.
