Create and print labels


  1. Select Word for the web.
  1. Choose a label template after you produce a new document. Click More templates if your ideal template isn’t displayed. You can even visit, and search for label.
  1. For a sheet of similar labels, complete one label, and then copy/paste for the rest.

Tip: Print your labels to a sheet of paper before loading labels into the printer to make sure the text aligns with the labels.
