Categorise your contacts into groups to reach them much quickly. The groups are accessible on any device, but you can solely handle them from the desktop or web app.
Create a group
Pick Chat , choose the Contacts tab, and at the bottom of the tab, select Create a new contact group. Give your group a title and select Create. You can regularly rename or delete your group later.
Add people to a contact group
Select Chat , choose Contacts, and then pick More options adjacent to the group’s name. Press Add a contact to this group, state the name of a team member, and then pick Add.
Rename a contact group
Choose Chat , press Contacts, and then select More options beside the group’s name. Press Rename this group. Enter a new name and pick Save.
Note: You can’t change the name of the Favourites group.
Delete a contact group
Select Chat , choose Contacts, and then pick More options adjacent to the group’s name. Pick Delete this group.
Remove someone from a contact group
Choose Chat , pick Contacts, select More options next to the person’s name, and then select Remove from this group.
