Make notes while designing your presentation (for Windows)
The Notes pane is a box that is shown beneath each slide. A blank Notes pane will alert you with the text “Click to add notes“, which is where you can enter your speaker notes.
Select Notes on the task bar along the bottom of the PowerPoint window if the Notes pane isn’t visible or is fully minimised.
A vertical scroll bar will emerge on the side of the pane if your speaker notes extend beyond the regular length of the Notes pane. The Notes pane can also be expanded by directing your mouse at the top line of the pane, followed by dragging upward after the cursor changes to a double-headed arrow.
