Publisher Quick Start – Save in Publisher

Applies to: Publisher for Office 365, Publisher 2019, Publisher 2016.

Save your business information to re-use

Save your business information to automatically fill fields, optimise your time, and ensure consistency.

1. Choose Insert >Business InformationEdit Business Information.

2. Click Add Logo to insert a logo or image. Browse to the logo, and press Open.

3. For Business Information set name, write a name such as PersonalSchool, or Company.

4. Press Save.

Save your file

After you save your file to the cloud, you can share and collaborate with others, and access your files on your computer, tablet, or phone.

  1. Pick File > Save As.
  1. Choose OneDrive. Save personal files to OneDrive – Personal, and work files to your company OneDrive. You can even save to a different location in the list, or insert a location.
