Add a cloud file to a channel conversation
If you haven’t already, add your cloud storage service to Teams.
In the desktop or web app, find the conversation, select Choose file 
below the compose box, and confirm your cloud storage service from the menu. After this, you can specify your desired file to append.
Note: Contact your IT admin if cloud storage options are hidden.
Add a cloud file to a chat
Currently, we don’t support sharing files from cloud storage services like Box or Dropbox in one-on-one or group chats. Although, you are still able to attach files from your OneDrive account to a chat message.
