Show a team or channel
Once you join a new team, it’s promptly displayed in your teams list. If you know you’re a member of a team but don’t notice it, scroll to the bottom of your teams list and click Hidden teams, locate your desired team, press More options > Show.
Hide a team or channel
If you prefer to hide a team or channel in your teams list, visit a team or channel name and press More options > Hide. This is a convenient way to tidy up your list and pay attention to the teams and channels you’re active in.
You can even display channels from the hidden channels menu underneath the channels list of a team. Choose More options > Show.
Note: To help get you up and running, Teams automatically shows the five most popular channels in every new team you join.
Pin or unpin a channel
Keep productive with pinned channels!
Pinned channels remain at the top of the list so you don’t have to go on a wild goose chase.
To pin a channel, find a channel name and choose More options > Pin. This guarantees that the channel remains at the top of your list. If you reconsider, simply pick it again and unpin it.
After you pin a channel, drag it into your preferred order. Do this for multiple channels and you’ll have every pinned channel within quick access.
