Use, filter, and update lists in SharePoint Online to ensure your team is on track and organised.
Filter a list
- In the list you want to filter, pick Open the filters pane .
- Choose your filter preference for your list from the listed options.
Note: Once you’ve filtered a list, a funnel icon displays beside a column header to present that the list is currently filtered.
Clear a filter
- Press Clear filters from the filters pane.
Edit a list item
- Click Open the details pane .
- Apply changes to your list item and the updates will promptly display.
