There are two approaches you can whiteboard in Teams: use Microsoft Whiteboard or Freehand by Invision.
Use Microsoft Whiteboard
Every Teams meeting contains a tailored whiteboard where participants have room to sketch together.
For detailed info about using Whiteboard in Teams, see Use Whiteboard in Microsoft Teams.
Use Freehand by Invision
Freehand is a whiteboarding tool from Invision that you can deploy in meetings to sketch alongside other participants.
To utilise Freehand in a meeting, select Share in your meeting controls, then pick Freehand by Invision in the Whiteboard section. As the sharer, you’ll have to log in with your Invision account.
Then, you can start sketching and sharing with participants.
When you’ve shared a whiteboard, the meeting will designate a whiteboard tab which allows other participants to quickly reference it later.
Note: This feature is only available if an admin has enabled it.
